If you prefer, then please do call us to make your booking – then you can talk through any special requirements and check that the cottage and dates that you want are available. There is an answerphone if we are not around, so please do leave a message and we will get back to you as quickly as possible. Once agreed, we will provisionally hold your booking for 5 days to allow time for you to complete and return the booking form (view telephone reservation booking form here) and arrange payment of the initial deposit of 25%. The full amount will be due if you are booking within 8 weeks of your holiday.
We will email to acknowledge payment and you will receive full travelling instructions after you have paid your balance of hire charge.
Arrival and Departure:
Arrival and departure days are Fridays or Mondays.
Your cottage will be ready for you to take over at any time after 4pm at the start of your holiday. Please try not to arrive early, as time is needed to thoroughly clean the cottages as well as do any maintenance needed.
For the same reason, please note that you should leave your cottage by 10.00am on departure day. All our cottages are thoroughly cleaned between holidays. However, because only a limited period is available in which to clean cottages, we ask that you leave the cottage and its contents clean and tidy.
For bookings for 10 or more people, we also ask for a £100 cautionary deposit. This will be returned in full after your holiday provided the cottage is left in a clean and tidy condition and there is no damage.
In the event of cancellation by you at any time you become liable to pay the full amount of the total holiday cost, and so you are advised to make your own cancellation insurance arrangements. CLICK HERE for an independent guide to travel insurance.
