The spectacular South West Coast Path is right on the doorstep, providing stunning walks that lead to quiet sandy beaches and picturesque villages.
Actually consisting of four neighbouring farms – Carswell, Lambside, Caulston and Rowden – our farmland stretches for nearly 4 miles along the coast.

How to find us
Carswell Holiday cottages are situated about 4 miles off the A379 (the main road between Plymouth and Kingsbridge) on the Holbeton to Noss Mayo/Newton Ferrers coast road.
Our cottages are dotted around our farms and so you do need individual directions to find each cottage. None of the cottages are sited at the office address so please do not use this postcode to find your cottage!
