Booking Information

Telephone Bookings - It is easier and quicker to book by telephone first. This way, you can be assured that the cottage and week that you want are available. The number to call is 01752 830020. There is an answerphone if we are not around, so please do leave a message and we will get back to you as quickly as possible. Once agreed, we will provisionally hold your booking for 7 days to allow time for you to complete and return the booking form (view booking form here) with the initial deposit. The full amount will be due if you are booking within 8 weeks of your holiday.

Arrival and Departure - Arrival and departure days are usually Fridays (Lambside House and The Mews) or Saturdays (Corner, Spring and Shepherd's Cottages).

Your cottage will be ready for you to take over at any time after 3.30pm at the start of your holiday (4pm for Lambside House). Please try not to arrive early, as time is needed to thoroughly clean and check the cottages between lets.

For the same reason, please note that you should leave your cottage by 10.00am on departure day. All our cottages are thoroughly cleaned between holidays. However, because only a limited period is available in which to clean cottages, we ask that you leave the cottage and its contents clean and tidy.

Booking Form - Please complete and return the Booking Form, with your deposit, to confirm your booking. We will write to acknowledge payment and you will receive full travelling instructions after you have paid your balance of hire charge.
