Lambside House
Lambside House is an elegant property sleeping up to 10 people in five bedrooms.
The ground floor of this Georgian ‘gentleman’s residence’ includes two recently refurbished living rooms, a large kitchen/dining room with an aga, and a wood-fired hot tub. The house forms the cornerstone of a large farmyard with stone barns on all the other sides, completely surrounded by peaceful pastureland.
Boundary Cottage

Corner Cottage
Corner Cottage is a light and airy property sleeping 10 people in five bedrooms.
The open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge overlooks the large enclosed garden, with views over the countryside beyond. The spacious accommodation is perfect for large families or groups travelling together.
Shepherd's Cottage
Shepherd’s Cottage is a three bedroom property sleeping up to 6 people.
It has been tastefully renovated and offers a lovely cottage with a comfortable, homely atmosphere and great character. The cottage has an open plan kitchen, dining room and living area with cosy woodburner, while outside there is a lovely garden with views down the valley. Perfect for family holidays.
The Lodge
The Lodge is an eco-friendly property sleeping up to 4 people in two bedrooms.
The timber-framed cottage has an open plan layout downstairs, with huge windows looking out over the private garden which adjoins our wildflower meadow.
The Mews
The Mews is the perfect couple’s retreat, providing modern accommodation for two people.
The property offers complete seclusion, with French doors opening out from the bedroom onto a private patio where the private, wood-fired hot tub is located.
Rose Cottage
Located on a neighbouring farm just a few minutes from the other Carswell Holiday cottages yet still just a few minutes from the South West Coast Path, Rose Cottage is a lovely destination for a family holiday. With light-filled interiors offering views toward the sea, a spacious patio area where you will find the hot tub, and a games room with table football, there is plenty for all ages to enjoy.

The Beach Hut
The Beach Hut is a very special property, set on its own private beach and offering the ultimate couples’ getaway. Guests can light the woodburner and sit in hammocks watching the crashing waves or relax in the wood-fired hot tub looking out to sea.
